The content made available on our online shop about the products available to be purchased are not intended or implied to be a substitute for professional medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any physical or medical conditions.

If you have a physical or medical condition, you should always seek the advice of a qualified health care professional immediately. You should always consult with a qualified health care professional before adopting any treatment for a health problem and/or using our products.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

Shipping Policy:

All orders include a flat rate $10.00 shipping fee to anywhere in Australia. 

We cannot accept international orders.

We are authorised stockists of all the clinical and professional skincare brands stocked within our store.

All items that are in stock will be shipped on the same business day if the order is placed before 4pm AEST. Items ordered after 4pm AEST will be shipped the next business day. 

All deliveries will display our trading name, Cosmetic Refinement Clinic (CRC), as the sender on the delivery packaging. 

Refund Policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at enquiries.crc@outlook.com or via our CRC mobile 0428 462 299. To be eligible for a refund, the product needs to be returned to the clinic either in person or through Australia Post.

You are fully protected by Australian Consumer Law, but we value our customers even more than that. We want you to be happy with your purchase, and its effectiveness on your skin, so we will do all we can to help you with this, even if it means an item swap, refund or credit note.

Please note: a refund or product exchange will only be possible if been approved by clinic manager. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges/Faulty Products:

If you believe that the product you purchased is faulty, please contact the using one of the above methods of contact. Faulty products need to be returned to the clinic so that they can be replaced. This can be done in person at the clinic or posted. The cost of postage will be the responsibility of the individual returning the product.

Accuracy of Billing Information:

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Payment:

Payment options available include EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and AfterPay. If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Stripe stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
