Below you will find a breakdown of how our rewards program is structured.
How does the program work?
Loyalty Program Breakdown
• Services: 1 point for every $1 spent on all services.
• Product: 1 point for every $2 spent on products.

Beauty Tier:
500 points = $10.00 voucher
Bronze Tier:
1000 points = $25.00 voucher
Silver Tier:
1500 points = $50.00 voucher
Platinum Tier:
2000 points = $75.00 voucher
Loyalty Rewards Program Terms & Conditions:
- Loyalty reward vouchers may be redeemed towards eligible skin treatments and in-store purchases of Synergie Skin and Synergie Minerals products (excluding Synergie kits) offered by CRC.
- Reward vouchers cannot be used on services or products provided by RiverEnd Aesthetics.
- Loyalty reward points are not awarded on the purchase of gift vouchers and are capped on all Pearl Fractional Laser treatments.
- Reward vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with promotional offers, discounted skin treatments, skincare specials, or package deals.
- All reward vouchers expire three (3) months from the date of issue.
- Reward vouchers are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the recipient to whom they were issued.
- Only one reward voucher may be used per transaction.
- Reward vouchers are not redeemable for cash, credit, or refunds.

In most cases, to achieve optimal results multiple treatments may be required.
Thats why, if you pre-pay for a series of the same skin treatment you can
- Save 10% when purchasing 3 of the same skin treatment
- Save 20% when purchasing 6 of the same skin treatment
Terms & Conditions
Packages of either 3 or 6 treatments can only be made up of the same treatment and need to be purchased prior to or at your first treatment.
Treatment packages cannot be split amongst more than one client. Treatment packages cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion that is on offer at the time and are non refundable for cash.
All treatment packages have a 12 month expiry from the date of purchase.
