Try not to stress. Some research has suggested that the combination of teenage hormones and stress and cause the skin to produce more oil, which leads to more acne. This could be a reason you have acne breakouts around exam time!
Don’t squeeze! Squeezing acne can cause them to spread and event result in scars.
Leaving makeup on for long periods of time can clog the pores and lead to acne. Make sure you wash & cleanse your face every night before bed.
