Key Ingredients

– Acetyl tetrapeptide-5
The all-in-one eye active. A ground-breaking peptide complex proven to improve blood and lymph circulation, firmness, elasticity and hydration in the eye area whilst decreasing dark circles and puffiness.

– Blackcurrant seed oil
Reduces inflammation, regenerates damaged and ageing skin to protect the skin barrier from environmental aggression. This is particularly important around the delicate eye area and ideal as an intense eye treatment

– Collagen Enhancement Complex (hydrolysed soy protein, tripeptide-10 citrulline and tripeptide-1)
Boosts the synthesis of collagen while reorganising collagen fibres and inhibiting enzymatic destruction of collagen.

– Alteromonas (polysaccharide) ferment extract
Marine derived polymer able to visibly lift, smooth and firm skin for up to eight hours, in addition to stimulating long term collagen production.

– Marula oil
Rich in essential fatty acids containing omega 9 and omega 6 to reduce inflammation and free radical damage. This bontanical oil also deeply hydrates and reduces redness while nourishing, healing, moisturising and improving skin elasticity.

– Additional ingredients
Green tea extract and chamomile.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

 

Shipping

Free shipping is available on all orders over $250.00.

Shipping is a flat rate of $15.00 for all orders under $250.00 which includes Insurance.

All parcels are sent using the Australia Post network and will be posted out within 24 hours from purchase. We also use Australia Post insurance, which covers loss or damage while being carried by Australia Post (but not after delivery).

Orders can take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days to be delivered. 

Please note that this is subject to change in peak periods eg: Christmas holiday period.

All parcels do not require a signature and will be left in a safe place if no one is home.

Please consider using a delivery address where there will be someone to receive the parcel. If you do not receive your parcel within 10 days from date of purchase, please contact the clinic on (03) 5221 9920 and we will follow this up for you.

All retail products are the same products as used by our clinicians and in-house clients. We only use medical grade skincare from some of the industries leading skincare brands. We process all orders at our clinic in Geelong, Victoria.

Returns and Refunds

We will refund or exchange any product provided it is returned to us within 30 day of purchase. You need to return the product unused, or used to the minimum extent for you to learn of its unsuitability (that is, when the product is exactly as described, but you found that it is not suitable anyway). 

Faulty Products

If you find your product is faulty (eg: pump not working) please contact the clinic on either (03) 5221 9920 or through the CRC mobile on 0428 462 299. We will happily exchange this for you once we receive the faulty product either via post or in person.
