Key Ingredients
  • Barosma betulina leaf extract: A plant-based ingredient that directly acts on sebocyte stem cells to Ā reduce excess oil and enlarged pores. It is clinically proven to Ā reduce pore diameter, pore volume and oil secretion.
  • Lactic acid (AHA): A natural and biocompatible exfoliant for effective removal of epidermal dead skin cells responsible for congestion. Also aids in hydration and is low irritant.
  • Salicylic acid (BHA): An oil loving acid that works on the uppermost layer of the skin and within the pores. It is excellent for acne sufferers as it Ā can exfoliate and remove dead cells and debris trapped in pores.
  • Malic acid (AHA): A powerful antioxidant and humectant that has hydrating properties and leaves a protective, moisturising layer on the ski n. It is also an oil loving hydroxy acid.
  • Liquorice extract: A potent anti-inflammatory and anti-irritant to reduce redness and calm sensitive skin. Liquorice extract helps to regulate the oil gland, making it an ideal ingredient for acne and congested skin. It also helps to reduce the appearance of uneven skin tone and pigmentation.
  • Manuka oil: A potent antibacterial agent used for centuries in Maori tribes for wound healing. It is up to 33 times more potent than tea tree oil as an antibacterial agent and reduces the P. acnes bacteria associated with acne.
  • Citric acid (AHA): An antioxidant that promotes exfoliation, leaving the skin hydrated, bright and smooth.
  • Additional ingredients: Aloe vera leaf juice, panthenol (pro-vitamin B5)

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping

Free shipping is available on all orders over $250.00.

Shipping is a flat rate of $15.00 for all orders under $250.00 which includes Insurance.

All parcels are sent using the Australia Post network and will be posted out within 24 hours from purchase. We also use Australia Post insurance, which covers loss or damage while being carried by Australia Post (but not after delivery).

Orders can take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days to be delivered.Ā 

Please note that this is subject to change in peak periods eg: Christmas holiday period.

All parcels do not require a signature and will be left in a safe place if no one is home.

Please consider using a delivery address where there will be someone to receive the parcel. If you do not receive your parcel within 10 days from date of purchase, please contact the clinic on (03) 5221 9920 and we will follow this up for you.

All retail products are the same products as used by our clinicians and in-house clients. We only use medical grade skincare from some of the industries leading skincare brands. We process all orders at our clinic in Geelong, Victoria.

Returns and Refunds

We will refund or exchange any product provided it is returned to us within 30 day of purchase. You need to return the product unused, or used to the minimum extent for you to learn of its unsuitability (that is, when the product is exactly as described, but you found that it is not suitable anyway).Ā 

Faulty Products

If you find your product is faulty (eg: pump not working) please contact the clinic on either (03) 5221 9920 or through the CRC mobile on 0428 462 299. We will happily exchange this for you once we receive the faulty product either via post or in person.Ā
