Key Ingredients

– Niacinamide
Fotifies the skin barrier and boosts skin immunity. Increases the production of the skin’s natural ceramides in the stratum corneum, which increases the natural hydration levels.  Enhances the major barrier proteins (involcrin, filaggrin and keratin) to fortify the skin’s barrier. Assists in regulating oil flow, minimising inflammation, increasing collaen and reducing the appearance of hyperpigmentation.

– Squalane
A 100% pure concentrate rich in antioxidants, vitamins and nutrients. This ingredient reduces the appearance of dry, stressed skin. It is a powerful and effective skin supplement proven to boost the immune system and help treat all inflammatory skin conditions.

– Marula oil
Rich in essential fatty acids containing omega 9 and omega 6 to reduce inflammation and free radical damage. This bontanical oil also deeply hydrated and reduces redness while nourishing, healing, moisturising and improving skin elasticity.

– Sodium PCA
A powerful hydrator to protect the natural barrier function of the skin from inflammation and imbalance.

– Betaine
Maintains vital cell water balance to guard against dehydration and promotes collagen producton.

– Green tea extract
A potent antioxidant that neutralises free radicals and prevents oxidative stress. Green tea is rich in polyphenols, which inhibit elasin. It also inhibits he production of tyrosinase, the key enzyme involved in pigment production, resulting in a brighter and more even skin tone.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

 

Shipping

Free shipping is available on all orders over $250.00.

Shipping is a flat rate of $15.00 for all orders under $250.00 which includes Insurance.

All parcels are sent using the Australia Post network and will be posted out within 24 hours from purchase. We also use Australia Post insurance, which covers loss or damage while being carried by Australia Post (but not after delivery).

Orders can take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days to be delivered. 

Please note that this is subject to change in peak periods eg: Christmas holiday period.

All parcels do not require a signature and will be left in a safe place if no one is home.

Please consider using a delivery address where there will be someone to receive the parcel. If you do not receive your parcel within 10 days from date of purchase, please contact the clinic on (03) 5221 9920 and we will follow this up for you.

All retail products are the same products as used by our clinicians and in-house clients. We only use medical grade skincare from some of the industries leading skincare brands. We process all orders at our clinic in Geelong, Victoria.

Returns and Refunds

We will refund or exchange any product provided it is returned to us within 30 day of purchase. You need to return the product unused, or used to the minimum extent for you to learn of its unsuitability (that is, when the product is exactly as described, but you found that it is not suitable anyway). 

Faulty Products

If you find your product is faulty (eg: pump not working) please contact the clinic on either (03) 5221 9920 or through the CRC mobile on 0428 462 299. We will happily exchange this for you once we receive the faulty product either via post or in person.
