Choosing the Right Synergie Skin Vitamin A

Ultimate A
Stabilised retinol with moderate potency and a low irritation profile. Recommended for first-time vitamin A users and sensitive skin.

RetiFol
Encapsulated retinol with moderate potency and a low irritation profile. Suitable for most skin types (excluding sensitive skin). New users should begin with Ultimate A before progressing after 3–6 months, depending on tolerance.

Acceler-A
Formulated with Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate (HPR), delivering high potency with a moderate irritation profile for advanced users.

Key Ingredients

– 6% RetiGen Complex™ (Hydroxypinacolone retinoate, green tea, coenzyme 010) Proprietary retinoid blend: A powerful blend of skin perfecting ingredients with the cutting-edge hero retinoid, hydroxypinacolone retinoate, at the centre.

– Hydroxypinacolone retinoate: This next generation vitamin A ingredient requires no metabolic conversion by the target cell in order to exert its numerous beneficial effects. Clinical studies demonstrate that hydroxypinacolone retinoate visibly reduces the appearance of lines and wrinkles in as little as 14 days, while also brightening clearing, firming and plumping the skin, reducing visible pores and normalising excess oil production.

– Coenzyme Q10: Involved in numerous biological functions, including energy production and stabilising free radicals. Coenzyme 010 levels decrease with age resulting in a reduced ability to produce collagen and elastin. Topically applied, this ingredient assists in reversing and preventing the visible signs of ageing.

– Green tea: A potent antioxidant that neutralises free radicals and prevents oxidative stress. Green tea is rich in polyphenols and epigallocatechin gallate, which inhibit elastase and matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), responsible for the breakdown collagen and elastin. Green tea also inhibits the production of tyrosinase, a key enzyme involved in pigment production, thereby resulting in a brighter and more even complexion.

– Folic acid: Proven skin regeneration properties and can modulate and increase the rate of DNA repair in UV-damaged skin. Studies demonstrate folic acid’s ability to revitalise fibroblast cells, which are responsible hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastin production. Folic acid also increases the skin’s moisturisation and decreases transepidermal water loss (TEWL) without any significant change of sebum secretion.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping

Free shipping is available on all orders over $250.00.

Shipping is a flat rate of $15.00 for all orders under $250.00 which includes Insurance.

All parcels are sent using the Australia Post network and will be posted out within 24 hours from purchase. We also use Australia Post insurance, which covers loss or damage while being carried by Australia Post (but not after delivery).

Orders can take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days to be delivered. 

Please note that this is subject to change in peak periods eg: Christmas holiday period.

All parcels do not require a signature and will be left in a safe place if no one is home.

Please consider using a delivery address where there will be someone to receive the parcel. If you do not receive your parcel within 10 days from date of purchase, please contact the clinic on (03) 5221 9920 and we will follow this up for you.

All retail products are the same products as used by our clinicians and in-house clients. We only use medical grade skincare from some of the industries leading skincare brands. We process all orders at our clinic in Geelong, Victoria.

Returns and Refunds

We will refund or exchange any product provided it is returned to us within 30 day of purchase. You need to return the product unused, or used to the minimum extent for you to learn of its unsuitability (that is, when the product is exactly as described, but you found that it is not suitable anyway). 

Faulty Products

If you find your product is faulty (eg: pump not working) please contact the clinic on either (03) 5221 9920 or through the CRC mobile on 0428 462 299. We will happily exchange this for you once we receive the faulty product either via post or in person.
