Key Ingredients

– Microbiota Regulator helps maintain skin’s natural pH and fight against external factors that affect your skin. This start ingredient is a blend of natural components that provides a variety of nutrients to reduce skin redness, imperfections and inflammation by supporting skin microbiota.

 

– Zinc Gluconate – a well known sebo-regulating agent that minimises the appearance of enlarged pores and accelerates wound healing. Recognised for its antiseptic properties, zinc is useful for acne-prone skin.

 

– Niacinamide – soothing and anti-seborrheic active, known as vitamin B3 or vitamin PP, that helps to reduce the appearance of acne-prone skin, sebum production and redness.

 

– Surfactants – essential cleansing agents in micellar water. Oxybiome have soft surfactants which make it suitable for sensitive skin and eyes.

Free shipping is available on all orders over $250.00.

Shipping is a flat rate of $15.00 for all orders under $250.00 which includes Insurance.

All parcels are sent using the Australia Post network and will be posted out within 24 hours from purchase. We also use Australia Post insurance, which covers loss or damage while being carried by Australia Post (but not after delivery).

Orders can take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days to be delivered. 

Please note that this is subject to change in peak periods eg: Christmas holiday period.

All parcels do not require a signature and will be left in a safe place if no one is home.

Please consider using a delivery address where there will be someone to receive the parcel. If you do not receive your parcel within 10 days from date of purchase, please contact the clinic on (03) 5221 9920 and we will follow this up for you.

All retail products are the same products as used by our clinicians and in-house clients. We only use medical grade skincare from some of the industries leading skincare brands. We process all orders at our clinic in Geelong, Victoria.

Returns and Refunds

We will refund or exchange any product provided it is returned to us within 30 day of purchase. You need to return the product unused, or used to the minimum extent for you to learn of its unsuitability (that is, when the product is exactly as described, but you found that it is not suitable anyway). 

Faulty Products

If you find your product is faulty (eg: pump not working) please contact the clinic on either (03) 5221 9920 or through the CRC mobile on 0428 462 299. We will happily exchange this for you once we receive the faulty product either via post or in person.
