KTP Laser- 532 Nm

This Laser is a gentle, non-invasive procedure which is primarily used to treat:

  • Superficial capillaries on face or legs
  • Redness
  • Rosacea

Removes:

  • Age spots/ Sun spots
  • Solar keratoses
  • Skin tags
  • Cherry angiomas (red spots)
  • Port wine stains
  • Acne and acne scars

This is a green colour laser which specifically absorbs into red.

After Treatment

The treated area will usually become slightly pink and swollen. This is your skins usual reaction to mild trauma. In some people this may persist for a few days. Spider veins tend to disappear at the time of treatment. The pigmented lesions tend to go darker, dry and may form a small scab. These will come off after 7-10 days revealing pink, delicate skin.

ND YAG Laser 1064 nm

Primarily used to target:

  • Purple/blue leg veins
  • Rejuvenation of sun damaged skin
  • Rosacea
  • Melasma
  • Laser Hair Removal on dark or tanned skin people.

This is an infra red Laser which has long wavelengths to target deeper skin conditions.
